ECDA will conduct background checks on childminders and also those who will have regular access to their homes (e.g., family members).

They have attained Child First Aid and Food Safety Certifications and went through Infant Care Basic Training.

They are medically certified by doctors to be fit to take good care of your precious infant.

Infant Childminding for Parents
1) Essential care of infant (Singapore citizen) aged 2 months to 18 months at infant childminder’s house
2) Engage infant in care, play and activities
3) Meals are prepared by infant childminder when child starts taking solid food at a fee of $150 per month to be paid separately
4) Diapers, clothes, milk, sleeping mattress and other necessities are provided by parents
5) The exact location will be given after staff profile is sent to parents and parents decide to interview the infant childminder
6) Estimated price stated is for each month after subsidy
7) Extra charge is applicable for infant childminding on weekday nights and weekends
8) A non-refundable admin charge of $30 to interview an infant childminder is applicable
9) Parents can pay by PayNow/Bank Transfer/Child Development Account to pay the fees (terms & conditions apply)
10) One calendar month withdrawal notice is applicable

Service hours are between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday.
