Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. In this agreement of using our Services, as the terms and conditions are stated, Kidibliss Pte Ltd and its affiliates (including all of its subsidiaries, brands, related and/or associated companies/brands) are collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”. “You”, “your” will be referred to individuals accessing and using our Services provided by KidiBliss.

1.2. Access to and use of this website and the Services available through this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this website to book our Services, you are accepting and agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Services

2.1. Advance Nanny Care @ Customer’s house

2.1.1. Should there be any other family members at home or visiting when our nanny is around, kindly inform us in advance.

2.1.2. Should you have any pets at home, please kindly put them away if possible.

2.1.3. As all our staff are females, please ensure that all males in the house are fully dressed.

2.1.4. Please kindly be back by the allocated timing as there will be penalty charged for late-coming. The late-coming rate is charged by per ½ hour of service booked. 

2.1.5 Our nanny will perform the duties as agreed before the start of booking. Kindly refrain from asking her  to perform any duty that has not been previously agreed upon.

2.1.6. After the booking is received, staff profile(s) will be sent to you.

2.1.7. A non-refundable payment of $30 is required to interview the nanny.

2.1.7. After the nanny is chosen, payment must be made to confirm the booking before the service starts.

2.1.8. A minimum of 1 week’s notice is strictly required for withdrawal after the service starts.

2.1.9. For withdrawals made with less than 1 week’s notice, service dates falling within this 1 week notice period is non-refundable. Any remaining balance beyond this period will be refunded.

2.1.10 You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

2.2. Advance Nanny Care @ Nanny’s house

2.2.1. Parents can provide the necessary items for our nanny to care for their child.

2.2.2. Kindly pick your child up by the allocated time as there will be a penalty charged for being late. The late-coming rate is charged by per ½ hour of service booked. 

2.2.3. After the booking is received, staff profile(s) will be sent to you.

2.2.4. A non-refundable payment of $30 is required to interview the nanny.

2.2.5. After the nanny is chosen, payment must be made to confirm the booking before the service starts.

2.2.6. A minimum of 1 week’s notice is strictly required for withdrawal after the service starts.

2.2.7. For withdrawals made with less than 1 week’s notice, service dates falling within this 1 week notice period is non-refundable. Any remaining balance beyond this period will be refunded.

2.2.8 You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

2.3. Corporate Childminding Service

2.3.1. This service is for corporate clients and public organisations.

2.3.2. After the booking is received and staff profile(s) is sent to you, payment must be made to confirm the booking before the service starts.

2.3.3. It is advisable to make advance booking for this service.

2.3.4. In the event that you need additional hours for a booking, kindly inform us immediately via whatsapp.

2.3.5. In the event that your company wishes to employ our staff on a part-time/full-time/contract/permanent basis, you will inform us to make official placement arrangements with our staff and your company. 

2.3.6. A minimum of 24h notice is strictly required for cancellation before the service starts.

2.3.7 Any cancellation made within 24h before the service starts is non-refundable.

2.3.8. You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

2.4. Home Tuition and Piano Lessons

2.4.1. After the booking is received, staff profile(s) will be sent to you for confirmation.

2.4.2 Payment of the first 4 lessons must be made before the first lesson starts to confirm the booking.

2.4.3 A minimum of 24h notice is strictly required for cancellation before any of the first 4 lesson starts.

2.4.4 Any cancellation made within 24h before the lesson is non-refundable.

2.4.5. Subsequent lessons and payments after the first 4 weeks of lessons can be arranged directly with the tutors/teachers.

2.4.6. You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

2.5. ECDA Infant Childminding 

2.5.1 A separate Parent Handbook will be provided to parents indicating the regulations, policies, terms and conditions for this service.

2.6. On-Demand Childcare

2.6.1. Should there be any other family members at home or visiting when our staff is around, kindly inform us in advance.

2.6.2. Should you have any pets at home, please kindly put them away if possible.

2.6.3. As all our staff are females, please ensure that all males in the house (if any) are fully dressed.

2.6.4. Please kindly be back by the allocated time as there will be a penalty charged for being late. The late-coming rate is charged per ½ hour of service booked. 

2.6.5 Our childminder will perform the duties as agreed before the start of booking. Kindly refrain from asking her to perform any duty that has not been previously agreed upon.

2.6.6. After the booking is received, a staff profile will be sent to you.

2.6.7. Payment must be made to confirm the booking before the service starts.

2.6.8. A minimum of 24h notice is strictly required for cancellation before the service starts.

2.6.9 Any cancellation made within 24h before the service starts is non-refundable.

2.6.10 You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

2.7 On-Demand Childcare (Overnight)

2.7.1. Should there be any other family members at home, coming home or visiting when our staff is around, kindly inform us in advance.

2.7.2. Should you have any pets at home, please kindly put them away if possible.

2.7.3. As all our staff are females, please ensure that all males in the house (if any) are fully dressed.

2.7.4 Parents must provide at least 2 emergency contact numbers and remain reachable by phone for the duration of the overnight service with our childminder as our office is closed.

2.7.5. Kindly be back by the allocated time as there will be a penalty charged for being late. The late-coming rate is charged by per ½ hour of service booked. 

2.7.6. Our childminder will perform the duties as agreed before the start of booking. Kindly refrain from asking her to perform any duty that has not been previously agreed upon.

2.7.7. After the booking is received, a staff profile will be sent to you.

2.7.8. Payment must be made to confirm the booking before the service starts.

2.7.9. A minimum of 24h notice is strictly required for cancellation before the service starts.

2.7.10 Any cancellation made within 24h before the service starts is non-refundable.

2.7.11 You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

2.8 On-Demand Childcare at Childminder’s House

2.8.1 Parents can provide the necessary items needed for our childminder to care for their child.

2.8.2 Kindly pick your child up by the allocated time as there will be a penalty charged for being late. The late-coming rate is charged by per ½ hour of service booked. 

2.8.3. Our childminder will perform the duties as agreed before the start of booking. Kindly refrain from asking her to perform any duty that has not been previously agreed upon.

2.8.4. After the booking is received, a staff profile will be sent to you.

2.8.5. Payment must be made to confirm the booking before the service starts.

2.8.6. A minimum of 24h notice is strictly required for cancellation before the service starts.

2.8.7 Any cancellation made within 24h before the service starts is non-refundable.

2.8.8 You are not permitted to engage our staff through unofficial or private assignments.

3. Our Staff

3.1. Our staff’s main responsibility is to care for the children’s needs and engage them in meaningful activities within a safe and secure environment.

3.2. The safety and security of our staff and the children under their care is of the utmost importance.

3.3. In caring for children in their very best, they endeavour to be responsive and attentive to the needs of the children, use appropriate materials and activities to engage them so that they are meaningfully occupied.

3.4. They will be vigilant, keeping close supervision on children to minimize accidents of any kind. 

3.5. Under unforeseen circumstances that incidents do happen or your child falls  sick, you will be updated as soon as practicable.

3.6 You are not permitted to request for the personal data and mobile numbers of our staff unless it is agreed by us.

3.7 You shall not approach our staff and engage them on your own as such arrangements are regarded as unauthorised arrangements.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. We commit in bringing you quality services. We conduct interviews, background checks and/or home visits on all our staff.

4.2. As we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the children, you hereby release us from all liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property or any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which might be sustained by the child(ren) in undertaking any activity or during the service provided by our staff. 

4.3. If your child has allergy of any kind, it is your duty to their condition in your booking before the service starts.

5. Service Fee and Payment

5.1. All of our fees stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars. Bank transfer and PayNow will be used for payments. For other payment mode by Overseas or Local Debit/Credit cards, contact us to issue you a payment gateway link.

6. Cancellation

6.1. Refer to the cancellation or withdrawal information under each type of services. 

6.2 In the event of last-minute staff unavailability, we will notify you via whatsapp and arrange for a replacement staff for your booking.

6.3 If a booking is cancelled by us due to staff unavailability, a notification will be sent via whatsapp and a refund will be issued. 

7. Acknowledgement

7.1. By using any of our Services, you are consenting to our Terms and Conditions.
