Disclaimer, Policies & Regulations

1. General

1.1. In this agreement of using our Services, as the terms and conditions (“Terms”) are stated, Kidibliss and its affiliates (including all of its subsidiaries, brands, related and/or associated companies/brands) are collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”. “You”, “your” will be referred to individuals accessing and using services provided by Kidibliss.

1.2. Access to and use of this Application (“APP”) and the products and services available through this APP (“APP”) are subject to the following Terms of Use. By using this APP to book our Services (referring to all the services provided by us via the APP, including but not limited to On-demand Kid Care, Advance Nanny Care, Corporate Babysitting/Child-minding, Enrichment), you are accepting and agreeing to all of the Terms, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

2.1. On-demand Kids Care Services

2.1.1. Should there be any other family members at home, coming home or visiting when our staff is around, kindly inform us in advance.

2.1.2. Should you have any pets at home, please kindly put them away if possible.

2.1.3. As all our staff are females, please ensure that all males in the house (if any) are fully dressed.

2.1.4. Please kindly be back by the allocated timing as there will be penalty charged for late-coming. The late-coming rate is charged by per hour of service booked. 

2.1.5. Our staff are only responsible for the care of your child(ren). Kindly refrain from asking our staff to perform any duty that has not been previously agreed upon.

2.1.6 In view of a request for staff replacement, we may find an available staff to replace the current staff.

2.1.7. If we fail to find a replacement staff, we will proceed to process a full refund to you.

2.2. Advance Nanny Care @ Customer’s house

2.2.1. Should there be any other family members at home, coming home or visiting when our nanny is around, kindly inform us in advance.

2.2.2. Should you have any pets at home, please kindly put them away if possible.

2.2.3. As all our staff are females, please ensure that all males in the house (if any) are fully dressed.

2.2.4. Please kindly be back by the allocated timing as there will be penalty charged for late-coming. The late-coming rate is charged by per hour of service booked. 

2.2.5. Please only require our nanny to only perform the duties as agreed before the start of booking. Kindly refrain from asking our nanny to perform any duty that has not been previously agreed upon.

2.2.6. An initial payment of $100 is required to process the booking as an administrative charge and is non-refundable.

2.2.7. At least 1 week notice shall be given when the service needs to cease.

2.2.8. In view of a request for a nanny replacement, we may find an available nanny to replace the current nanny.

2.2.9. You will only be allowed one replacement of nanny. Should you still unable to continue the booking under this service, we will review and provide a pro-rated refund after 1 week notice. 

2.3. Advance Nanny Care @ Nanny’s house

2.3.1 Make sure you provide the necessary for our nanny to care for your child (ren) at their best.

2.3.2 Kindly pick your child(ren) up by the allocated timing as there will be penalty charged for late-coming. The late-coming rate is charged by per hour of service booked. 

2.3.3. An initial payment of $100 is required to process the booking as an administrative charge and is non-refundable.

2.3.4. At least 1 week notice shall be given when the service needs to cease.

2.3.5. In view of a request for a nanny replacement, we may find an available nanny to replace the current nanny.

2.3.6. You will only be allowed one replacement of nanny. Should you still unable to continue the booking under this service, we will review and provide a pro-rated refund after 1 week notice. 

2.4. Corporate Babysitting/Child-minding Service

2.4.1 Do note that this service is only applicable for our corporate partners. Please select other Kid Care Services for the general public.

2.5. Home Tuition and Piano Lessons

2.5.1. The fee for the above services is accurate at the point of booking in the app. 

2.5.2. The number of lessons is once per week. 

2.5.3. Subsequent lessons can be arranged with the tutors/teachers directly after 4 weeks of lessons.

3. Our Staff

3.1. Our staff main responsibility is to care for the children’s needs and engage them in meaningful activities within a safe and secure environment.

3.2. The safety and security of our staff and the children under their care is the utmost importance.

3.3. In caring for your child(ren) in their very best, they endeavour to be responsive and attentive to the needs of the children, use appropriate materials and activities to engage them so that they are meaningfully occupied.

3.4. They will be vigilant, keeping close supervision on the child(ren) to minimize accidents of any kind. 

3.5. Under unforeseen circumstances that incidents do happen or your child(ren) fall sick, you will be updated as soon as practicable.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. Kidibliss commits in bringing you quality services. We conducts interviews, checks and visits on all our staff.

4.2. As we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the child(ren), you hereby release Kidibliss from all liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property or any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which might be sustained by the child(ren) in undertaking any activity or during the service provided by our staff. 

4.3. If your child(ren) has allergy of any kind, please make sure to alert us of your child(ren) condition.

4.4. You shall not approach our staff and engage her on a private personal arrangement as such arrangements are regarded as unauthorised transactions.

5. Services Fees and Payment

5.1. All of our fees stated on our App are in Singapore Dollars. Overseas or local Debit/Credit cards can be used for payments.

5.2. The fees stated on App, which require advance payment, are the net amount to pay. As the fees of our services are based on demand, on days where there are more bookings, it will be more expensive than days where there is fewer bookings. 

5.3. For services that do not require advance payment, fees are subjected to change due to staff availability, experience, qualifications, etc.

5.4. For Advance Nanny Care services, an initial payment of $100 is required before the interview of nanny. This serves as an administrative charge and is non-refundable.

5.5.There will be a late-coming charge of an hour of service if you are not home or have yet to pick up your child from nanny’s place after 10 minutes past your booking end time. We would like to advise you to be home 10 minutes earlier before your booking end time to ensure smooth handover after the service has been rendered.

6. Cancellation

6.1. The customer is free to cancel their bookings at least 24 hours before the start-time of the service. 

6.2. Upon payment, depending on case by case basis, we will allow cancellation. For Advance Nanny services, you are subjected to an administrative charge of $100 and a prorated amount if the nanny has begun working.

6.3. In the event that no staff is available 2 hours before the start time of the booking for services that require payment in advance, we will inform you via the app inbox to request for a full refund via the app and the booking will be refunded via the same charge card that you use in the app.

7. Acknowledgement

7.1. By using any of the Services, you are consenting to the above Terms, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold the Company, its licensors and each such party’s parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs and/or regulatory action) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service and/or the APP in your dealings with our employees and third party service providers, third party merchants, partners, advertisers and/or sponsors, or (b) your violation or breach of any of the Terms or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein, or (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including third party service providers arranged via the Service and/or APP, or (d) your use or misuse of the Service, and/or the APP.
