With a team of trained and experienced Kidibliss staff, we are able to provide value-added services to provide essential care for your children.
Most of our Kidibliss staff are certified with at least one of the following:
- Infant Care Basic Training with Infant Massage
- Higher Certificate in Infant Care
- Advanced Certificate in Early Years
- Certificate in Student Care Centre and/or Student Care Centre (Early Childhood)
- Certificate in in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma in Care and Programme
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma in Education
- Child/Standard First Aid Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
Your child’s well-being and safety is our first priority. Our staff is screened in the following steps.
- Resume Screening: We review resumes and applications to identify staff whose qualifications, certifications and experience match our requirements.
- Initial Assessment and Declaration: We conduct initial screening such declaration of bankruptcy, criminal records and mental illness history. These declarations will also involve their family members. Once they pass the initial assessment and declaration, we will conduct a formal interview.
- Interview: We assess their skills, experience and cultural fit. Interviews include behavioural, situational and technical questions.
- Reference Checks: We contact provided references to verify their past work history and performance.
- Decision Making: After evaluation, we inform them of our hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: We provide our in-house staff handbook for guidelines and standard operating procedures to them. We administer self-assessment quizzes to provide support and guidance for a smooth onboarding process during our in-house trainings.
